Live at the Hill | What Is LIVE?

Calvary Hill Baptist Church dates back to 1957 and has existed at its current location since 1971. Over the span of the last fifty years CHBC has been involved in many various ministries, from regular weekly services to mission projects literally all over the world. However, over the past two years our church has split our ministries up on Sunday nights in order to encourage growth, both spiritually and numerically. We have seen success in many of these areas, but we also began to see the need for a change.

We have decided to combine all of our ministries into one unique ministry. As a result of our desire to effectively meet the needs of our people and after much prayer and thought we have created, “Live at the Hill”. “Live” is an exciting, innovative, interactive worship service, with a spiritual focus geared toward discipleship. It is in-depth, it is challenging, it is God glorifying. This experience is designed to bring together people of all ages (except for children), backgrounds, color, and economic status.
